We don’t offer standard event packages for you to book. Instead, we focus on designing program tailored to your exact preferences and team dynamics, selecting unique venues and curating personalised entertainment.

During the planning phase, we integrate into your team, learning your company culture in depth to deliver optimal results. We bring our unique touch of innovation, digitization, and efficient, sustainable processes—using the right tools, some of which are developed in-house.

    We develop event concept, including creative themes and ideas that resonate with your company culture. Every concept is tailored to your budget and timeline.

    • We present you the overarching theme of the event, incorporating creative elements like design, lighting, and visuals, while also planning the event's flow.

    Location Management

    We assist with selecting and booking the perfect venue for your event.

    • If you're unsure where to host your event, we can provide venue options and check availability for you.

    Music, Entertaiment & Tech Production

    We manage the entertainment program and coordinate the technical execution of the setups.

    • We handle artist bookings and manage their technical setups
    • We design and implement visual setups, lighting, and staging to create the desired atmosphere
    • We also offer recording, live streaming, or hybrid event production if required

    Event Coordination & Logistics

    We manage the logistics for you, overseeing communication with the artists, venue, vendors, suppliers, and the tech production team, while also providing on-site support throughout the event.

    • To ensure everything runs smoothly and is ready on time, we handle end-to end coordination of all event elements, including permits, and compliance with local regulations.

    Event Debrief & Support

    We handle the event wrap-up, including collecting attendee feedback, following up with suppliers, sending thank-you notes, analyzing the event’s success, and providing suggestions for future events.

    • After the event, we provide a detailed report with key metrics and insights.
    • If needed, we also support social media content production, including creating and sharing event footage.

  • What types of events do you handle?
    We specialize in nightlife-focused events and everything closely related to music experiences. While we don’t offer workshops or banquet dinners, if you´re looking for a festival vibe or show-like entertainment, we’re still here to support you.
  • What event size can you handle?
    We manage and support events ranging from as small as 30 attendees up to our largest event to date: an international, five-day company offsite and conference with over 700 guests and daily entertainment program.
  • Do you work with specific industries or all businesses?
    We’re generally open for all industries and are happy to talk about your ideas!
  • Can you manage remote or hybrid events?
    One of our core values is "digitalisation" so we´re excited to offer hybrid experiences for events. However, we strongly believe in the power of live, in-person connections, and therefore prefer not to organize purely online events. That said, we’re happy to give some recommendation if needed for that scenario.
  • What’s your process for starting a project?
    We typically begin with a brief intro call or in-person meeting to get to know you, your company, your values, and your past experiences, as well as the ideas you have for your event. Based on that, we create a proposal that includes a detailed event concept and budget. Once the details are agreed upon, we move forward with the execution to bring the vision to life.
  • Do you collaborate with clients or organise the entire event?
    We offer both options. We can handle the whole event for you, but we are also happy to just take over the nightlife and entertainment part for an event thats already in the planning phase.
  • What are the price ranges?
    We don’t have a set price, as event budgeting depends on various factors such as artist fees, venue costs, and technical requirements. Prices vary based on the size and scope of the event. However, we ensure flexibility and transparency, always striving to deliver a high-quality experience while keeping the budget efficient.
  • Why should we work with Kitty Circus?
    We treat each event like something special. We don’t have a set of blocks we reuse whenever possible, but craft experiences that are unique and tailor made for you, and reflect your company perfectly.
